WPS Trading Partner System

Welcome to the WPS Trading Partner System (WTPS). WTPS is a web-based application that consolidates all of WPS trading partner information and provides a central location for adding and editing trading partner information. It can also provide a list of the provider locations for which a submitter is authorized to send electronic transactions. WTPS is a secure web application that each user must login to. Registration is FREE, and offers great benefits. Please select one of the following:

Login Used by entities who have established a valid user name and password to the WTPS system. Clicking this link forwards you to your submitter page where you can view and maintain your submitter information.

Register Used by entities that are NOT currently submitting EDI files to WPS for any of our lines of business (WPS Commercial, Tricare or Medicare Part B). Clicking this link will forward you to the Submitter Registration Page where you can create your new submitter record and WTPS Username to become a WPS Trading Partner. If you are a vendor of software, please contact the EDI Help Desk at 800-782-2680 to register.

Validate Used by entities that are CURRENT SUBMITTERS with WPS, but do not yet have access to WTPS. Clicking this link forwards you to the Submitter Validation page. You will then be asked to enter two key pieces of information which will be forwarded to you prior to your access into WTPS. If you do not have this information, please contact the EDI Help Desk at 800-782-2680.
